ATHLETE TERMS

By creating a journey page on TrainRaceGive, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for identifying the charity you raise money for and for finding and providing the correct link where supporters can donate.
2. TrainRaceGive does not collect, hold, process or pass on donations. Every donation is made directly on the charity's own website or donation platform.
3. TrainRaceGive is not responsible for any issue with donations the charity receives on its site — including payment problems, refunds, receipts, tax records or how the charity uses the money.
4. Donation totals and supporter pledges shown on your page are self-reported and are not verified by TrainRaceGive.
5. TrainRaceGive is a beta service provided as-is; features may change while we improve it.
